KHOR Loops
How do we actually know what is obvious?
We only know after the fact. In cooperatin with Bureau Bordeaux, we developed 6 metaphorical animations for the new website of the Munich-based design agency Khor.
With a lot of creative freedom, we were able to try out and rein in in order to achieve the perfect balance between understanding and surprise that turns aimless into apt.
The task was to visualize the themes service, analysis, conception, design, implementation and contact.
What emerged were small mental leaps that reinterpret the agency's self-image. The metaphors illustrated by Benjamin Behrend are absurd, playful and yet concentrated, black, white, fast, striking, ultimately mysterious.
To achieve this level of abstraction, we went out on a limb while enjoying the view.
